Our Service Offerings:

Quit-Claim Deed Transfers: Also known as a simple deed transfer, this service is the perfect solution for a variety of real estate ownership changes. Our process is straightforward, cost-effective, and tailored to meet your needs.

How It Works:

Ordering

When a client contacts Acquire JDF Corporation with a request for a deed transfer, our commitment is to address and complete such requests with utmost efficiency. Provided our team is not engaged in prior commitments or handling concurrent orders, we endeavor to finalize deed transfers within a timeframe of two hours or less. Should we be attending to other clients or matters at the time of your request, we assure you that we will coordinate diligently to schedule a completion time that accommodates all parties involved. Our priority is to provide a seamless and professional service, ensuring your needs are met with the highest standards of care and promptness.

Information Gathering:

Seller Details: We'll need the name of the current owner (seller) who is changing or transferring the deed.

New Owner Information: Provide us with the name of the individual or company that will be the new owner.

Property Address: The complete address of the property in question is essential for accurate documentation.

Affordable Service Fee:

Our service is competitively priced at $400, making it significantly more affordable than traditional title company charges, which can cost significantly money.

Deed Preparation and Notarization:

After drafting the deed, the current owner must sign and notarize it to formalize the transfer. We then put together the Sales Disclosure Form that goes in-hand with the Deed. These steps ensures the legality and official status of the deed transfer.

Recording Responsibility:

Upon completion, it is the new owner's responsibility to record the deed with the county where the property is located. This final step secures the transfer in public records.

What's Included:

With our Deed Transfer Service, you will receive three essential documents that complete the transfer process, ensuring a smooth transition of property ownership from one party to another.

Important Consideration:

Please note, our Deed Transfer Service focuses solely on the act of transferring ownership through a quit-claim deed. It does not include insurance on the property.
